Well, we knew this day would come sooner or later. Our dear friend and bass player Duncan Barlow has decided to take a job as an English professor in Jacksonville, Flori-duh, and he is moving on Monday. Of course this means we have canceled our shows with The Swayback and Eyes & Ears.
Don’t fret though. Lion Sized will continue on. We are in the process of looking for a new bass player that can match the skills and energy of Duncan. We’ll be back soon enough.
That said, we will really miss Duncan as a bandmate, but more so as a friend. He has been such a important part of our lives and Josh and I are happy to call him a friend and brother. We will miss you more than you know.

Hello and welcome everyone. Wanted to drop in and write a little note. Josh has done a great job with the new site and it looks like all that school learnin’ this past year has really paid off.

Thanks to Eyes & Ears for giving us some love this weekend at the DPUMS. Where were we? Sharpening our nails and getting ready to attack.

Practices have been going real well and we can’t wait to make the return on Sept 5th.
