Could you tell it’s been over a year? Hahahaha. Last night was fun if it was anything. We had the privilege of sharing the stage with 3 other fine musical acts and I have to say after all is said and done, we had fun. I would say we were a little rusty but it will only get tighter.

Thanks so much to all the bands and the Larimer Lounge and her staff for being awesome. The Giraffes killed it while wearing… well, everything in the room. They also had kind words for us which is always nice. It’s not always you see a touring band stand there and watch the openers and it was cool to see them enjoying themselves.

OUR NEXT ROCK OUT!!!!!!! We return to the Hi Dive with some real good friends and a great time. Taun Taun (featuring members of The Gamits and Sleeper Horse) Eyes & Ears, and Magic Cyclops. Come to the love fest on Dec 5th.

Angus Levi is really excited about Lion Sized’s show next Saturday at the Larimer Lounge. We’ve been listening to The Giraffes a lot lately to prepare for a night of awesomeness.

Number Three and I are pissing ourselves with excitement to announce that we’ve filled the huge Duncan-sized hole in Lion Sized. Shortly after Duncan moved to Florida in August, we started playing with Shane Trost of Slim Cessna’s Auto Club. We took it slow at first, but after 2 or 3 dates practices, we asked Shane to go steady. He said “yes,” and now we’re thinking about getting matching outfits. We’re totally stoked to have such a great bass player in the band, and we hope Munly and Slim don’t mind sharing.

New Show! See the new Lion Sized next month at the Larimer Lounge. We’re playing Saturday, Nov. 8, with The Giraffes, The Outta Controllers, and Ideal Fathers. This will be our first show in 14 months!
